LOOK: This nail salon is totally ‘hair-raising’

When we think about “nail art”, the first few things that come to mind are colorful nail polish, glitters, mylars, and other embellishments to decorate and enhance the nails. And year after year, nail art seems to garner a lot of compliments and attention.

Well, who could ever resist looking at these cute and elegant nail art designs, right?

However, a nail salon in Moscow, Russia introduced a freaky and “intriguing” nail art design that seems apt for Halloween. The newest nail trend by Nail Sunny salon in Moscow, Russia will leave us all wondering how they came up with this idea or what is the inspiration behind it.

As posted on their Instagram, the manicurist decorates nails with women’s hair and then curls it using a straightening iron. They even add some “extra” embellishments on the base of the hair nail art.

This isn’t the first time that Nail Sunny made a bizarre manicure idea. They also became the talk of the town because of their unique 3-D nail art pieces such as banana nails, 3D high heels, Russian army nails, etc.

After the spooky nail art design went viral, netizens couldn’t help but be intrigued. As of this writing, the video has more than 532K views with a caption that says: “Hairstyle nails – yay or nay?”

The nail wigs video received negative reactions from netizens. Some deemed it ridiculous, disgusting and somewhat creepy. While, there are some who found it brilliant, fun, and perfect for Halloween.
