Doja Cat unhappy with ‘Kittenz’ fandom name created by fans, calls them out for doing so

American rapper Doja Cat is calling out her fans for seemingly using the name “kitten” or “kittenz” as her fandom name, and her fans are not having it with her attitude.

In a screenshot from an entertainment Twitter account, the singer wrote on Sunday, July 23, “If you call yourself a ‘kitten’ or f*cking ‘kittenz,’ that means you need to get off your phone and get a job and help your parents with the house.”

The “Attention” rapper was also seen replying to a fan account asking about the fandom name and wrote, “Just delete the entire account and rethink everything, it’s never too late.”

When a fan asked her if she can say that she loves her fans, she replied, “I don’t though ‘cuz I don’t even know y’all.”

Doja Cat has since then deactivated her Threads account, with several top Twitter fan accounts of her also deactivating following the rapper’s continuous outburst.

While some see the rapper’s actions as understandable, most of her fans are disappointed with how she handled the situation and how she treats her fans:

Earlier this month, the 27-year-old rapper has been in a rocky relationship with her fans after she allegedly blocked some of her fans after they called her out for supporting his controversial boyfriend J. Cyrus.

Doja Cat recently released her single “Attention” last June, and is set to embark on her second concert tour “The Scarlet Tour” in October.
