Facebook user creates a unique flower bouquet to help prevent nCoV infection

February 02nd, 2020

In the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, other countries that have been infected by the said virus are now practicing ways to stay safe. The World Health Organization encourages the public to clean their hands with alcohol-based disinfectant or with soap and water. When coughing and sneezing, one must cover his or her mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow.

Facebook user Rigel Thomas expresses his concern for everyone’s safety through his post—showing a bouquet of flowers that includes anti-bacterial soaps, alcohol spray, facial masks, and an N95 mask. This creative arrangement is dubbed as the #AntiCoronaBouquet.

According to Thomas, he will give an “anti-corona(virus) bouquet” to five lucky girls residing in Cebu city by simply liking his post. The winners will be announced this Sunday, February 2.

Hi, Pwede manguyab? DAKONG CHAR PERO DON’T LET THAT DISTRACT YOU FROM THE FACT THATnaa na confirmed cases sa Corona…

As of this writing, the post has garnered more than 5,000 shares and 1000 reactions with positive feedback from online users. Thomas came up with this idea due to the recently confirmed case of novel coronavirus in the Philippines along with the upcoming Valentine’s Day. Thomas also added that he’s doing this because he wants everyone to be safe and virus-free.
