Here’s how ‘sperm facials’ can reportedly improve your skin

Beauty is relative. It could be defined in so many ways and in so many words. Some people, for instance, define beauty by the amount of money they’re willing to spend on skincare products. While others gauge beauty on personal merits rather than physical appearance.

However, the truth is many individuals are afraid to see wrinkles on their face because they consider it as signs of aging. So, they rely on chemical-based beauty products to maintain their flawless complexion–even though using these kinds of products have negative side effects to our skin such as allergies, skin discoloration, texture alteration and permanent damage on the skin.

According to India Today, skincare products reportedly “contain 168 different chemicals.” Another recent study shows that skin can absorb 60 percent of these chemicals. And these substances can supposedly trigger breast cancer for women and decrease the sperm count and testosterone levels of men. Moreover, it can bring harm to the immune system, cause reproductive birth defects in males and females,  and damage the kidney and liver.

On top of that, skincare products and skin enhancement procedures cost thousands of money. Today reports non-surgical facial lift cost $175 (PhP 9,135.88) to $200 (PhP 10,435.00) per session–an expensive and dangerous procedure, indeed!

That’s why facialists are now suggesting the use of human sperm as part of their beauty regimen.

Apparently, sperm isn’t not only used for conceiving babies. In fact, it has a lot of other essential benefits to the human body. Based on Medical Daily, “spermine is 30 times more effective than Vitamin E and it can also delay the aging process by 20%.” Unlike other skin care products, sperm is a natural solution that helps “diminish wrinkles, provides smooth skin and tames acne breakouts.”

Blackdoctor.org says that the sperm face mask is a “30-minute home routine.” The website lists the following steps: “first, you have to spread the fresh semen on your face and leave it there for 20 minutes for it to be completely absorbed by your skin. After that, wash your face with cold water and then, wipe it with fragrant wet wipes.”

This facial routine has been tried and tested by some facialists, including this lifestyle blogger, who credits her “fresher” and “brighter” complexion to these semen facials.

Whether you choose to use sperm or other skin care products, just remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder–you just need to be confident in who you are. /FM
