Ladies everywhere know that the secret to having great a complexion is a foolproof skincare routine. And since skin types vary from dry, oily, combination, and sensitive, this routine can differ from one person to another.
Oftentimes, these regimens would require applying a series of facial gels and creams to achieve one’s desired look. But for lifestyle blogger Tracy Kiss, only one component is needed in her skincare routine and that’s semen.
In her personal blog, tracykiss.com, Kiss explains her process in creating the sperm-filled facial mask.
“I mix an egg white with a few drops of lavender oil to give the mask its consistency and durability to cover my face, it also helps it to smell nice and can be stored in the fridge until needed,” she explains.
Kiss then applies the formula to her face, avoiding the eyes, nose, and mouth. Then, 15 minutes after application, she rinses it off with warm water.
According to Kiss, the facial results in a “fresher” and “brighter” complexion.
“My makeup sits nicer on my skin without cracking or caking, and my skin tone is improved and less reddened as it cools and soothes my face,” she adds.
Much like any skincare routine, you will only reap the benefits of the product after continued use. Because of this, Kiss recommends applying the facial once or twice a week. Moreover, she advises people to acquire the semen from a reliable source.
Kiss says, “whoever you choose to provide a donation it is important that you use the same caution you would around all bodily fluids, always ensure that they have had a sexual health check and are eating clean and nutritious food a few days before instead of smoking, drinking and bingeing on junk or the quality will suffer.”
Though placing semen on your face may seem off-putting, Kiss says it’s one of the cheapest and most natural solutions to maintaining healthy-looking skin.
“In the interest of beauty, I see semen as being a fresh, active and stimulating ingredient, which gives my skin the glow and freshness that I require for a healthy skincare regime for my sensitive condition.”
It’s also the best way she was able to treat her erythematotelangiectatic rosacea (ETR), a condition which causes the flushing and redness.
