A lot of people around the world continue to fight for women’s rights by encouraging communities to fight gender stereotypes. While many of us opt to become an advocate for gender equality and even intend to raise money just to support a certain organization, others express their point of view through their works of art.
Recently, murals of sexual assault victims went viral online as it was reportedly destroyed by another artist. According to a Twitter post, a graffiti artist replaced the original work not only once, but twice.

The original wall painting aims to prevent catcalling and other forms of harassment in public to create a safer place for everyone. But after three days, the said artwork was replaced with spray-painted graffiti.
Unfortunately, the graffiti artist got the same treatment when another artist painted over a huge “RESPECT EACH OTHER” on his work. But it doesn’t stop there, as someone also defaced the painted quote with “RESPECT EACH ODER” that triggered online users.
