One of the hottest rising talents coming out of North London right now, AntsLive unleashes his highly-anticipated debut EP Just A Matter Of Time on 12th January.
Following an eye-catching run of singles “Glow Up,” “Skeet,” and the recent freestyle “Don Corleone,” AntsLive continues to build momentum as one of the most intriguing and naturally reactive young artists in the scene right now, culminating in this polished and diverse nine-track project. Just A Matter of Time sees Ants experiment with a variety of sounds and moods, from the melodic title track to the 808s infused “Talking Stages” to lead track “Number One Candidate” — one of Ants’ strongest songs to date, paired with what is undoubtedly one of the videos of the year produced by Bijan Amir, filmed in the Italian Alps.
With co-signs coming swiftly from DJ Semtex, and Tiffany Calver to i-D, Ants’ commanding performance at last year’s Reading & Leeds Festival underlined a standout year which saw him surpass millions of streams completely independently. Tapped for one of the biggest cameos in the recent World Cup campaign for Nike, expect some of the most iconic visuals to accompany this eclectic EP, alongside authentic lyrics, elegant flows, and sold-out shows.
