EXO’s Kai to drop his 2nd mini album ‘Peaches’ a year after his solo debut

EXO and EXO-Ls are alive once again, all thanks to Kai’s sudden announcement. 

On November 11, 2021 at exactly 12 M.N. KST, Kai announced that he will be making his 1st comeback as a solo artist with ‘Peaches’ on November 30, 2021 at 6 P.M. KST. His comeback date marks his one-year anniversary as a solo artist – Kai debuted as a solo artist on November 30, 2020 with his self-titled mini album ‘KAI’. News of Kai returning with new music this month had been hinted upon weeks ago, with no confirmed date. 

It was recently announced that Kai was the first member of EXO to have over 100 million views in his solo music video for “Mmmh” on YouTube, which took only 10 months and 29 days for the milestone to be achieved. 

In lieu of one of their members’ solo comeback, EXO’s social media layouts were changed accordingly, featuring a peach-colored hues and a profile picture with a script typography of Kai’s name. 

EXO-Ls were more than ecstatic to see EXO’s main dancer’s solo activities. They all used the hashtag #KAI2ndSOLO and the topic ‘SOLOIST KAI IS BACK’ to celebrate and anticipate Kai’s second mini album. 




EXO-Ls, are you ready? (I’m not). Can’t wait to see what Kai has prepared for all of us again, seriously. What a man.
