You think your ex was nuts? Well, someone’s ex-girlfriend was just arrested for her role in the Capitol riot.
Imagine finding out that your ex from middle school is not only a Trump supporter, but is also wanted by the FBI. Sounds crazy right? Like it could be the plot of a high action crime movie. In the case of Libby Mountain, it was absurdly all too real. Libby, who goes by they/them pronouns, took to Twitter to share the insane news.
The culprit, Riley Williams, faced multiple charges for breaking in the Capitol and stealing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s laptop. The FBI claims that she had the intention of selling it to Russia. Talk about red flags.

Apparently William’s former partner (other than Libby) was the one who tipped investigators to the offender’s location. While Libby might not have been the one to save America from their crazy ex-girlfriend — at least they’re in a much healthier relationship.
