Step up your game because someone just surprised his girlfriend with the birthday present of her dreams!
A video on Facebook went viral recently that sent fans of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ wild as it featured the show’s voice actors.
It’s been 12 years since the conclusion of the animated series, along with its sequel ‘The Legend of Korra’ ending last 2014. Although it’s been quite some time, the love that fans have for the show is very much alive as people still continue to talk about it online — especially with a live-action series adaptation set for Netflix.
The story of everyone’s favorite air bender, Aang, has brought people all over the world together, creating friendships and even sparking romance.
Refty, an avid Avatar fan, was able to somehow master all four elements and bring back the original cast to help him surprise his girlfriend for her birthday. The voice actors were featured in a video compilation while in character, greeting her on her special day.
The voices behind Sokka, Toph, Zuko, and other well loved characters took the time to give a heartfelt message for the birthday girl. Some of the cast from ‘The Legend of Korra’ also made an appearance.
This is for the girl I met back in 2014, who would stay up with me all night talking about the crazy theories of the world of Avatar. Although I am certain that the world can’t fully give justice to how incredible the show is, I can at least try to make you feel like you are part of what we grew up watching.
