Woman with peanut allergy ends up in hospital after kissing her Tinder date

Swipe right, swipe left.

Many of you have probably tried checking out various dating apps available online. This world of online dating apps offers many different people you can meet at your fingertips—from animal lovers and health-conscious daters to hipster types. And if you’re lucky enough, you may find your perfect partner.

Generally, these platforms are commonly used by young adults as it offers “ease and efficiency” to find a date outside your social circles.

However, a 22-year-old woman from Australia named Samara Hnaien had a one-of-a-kind date with a guy she met on Tinder.

One Saturday night, Hnaien decided to come over to Charles Harris’s place. In an interview with BuzzFeed, Harris explained that both of them were having a good time so they “ended up kissing.” However, things don’t go as planned as Hnaein suddenly had an allergic reaction to his kisses.

The 23-year-old guy was completely unaware of her severe allergy to peanuts—and before she came over, Harris had eaten peanut butter sandwich.

Hnaien started to feel a tingling sensation in her whole mouth right in the middle of making out. According to the report the anaphylactic allergic reaction happened fast since she hadn’t eaten anything yet. Good thing, she brought her medicine (EpiPen) and asked Harris to inject it into her thigh so the adrenaline could flow properly through her body.

To ensure Hnaien is in better condition, Harris called the ambulance to bring her to the emergency room where they stayed until 5:30 in the morning.

Despite her allergy attack, Hnaien was able to film the current scenario and posted it on Tiktok, with a caption that says: “How was your Saturday night #fyp #tinderchallenge #foryoupage”

The said post has gained more than 300K views, 50,000 likes, and 600 comments, as of this writing. Just in case you’re wondering about Hnaien’s condition, her recently-uploaded Tiktok video shows that she’s doing well after the incident.
