Tom Hardy revealed the name of his second child but Twitter users had other ideas

Famous celebrity couple Tom Hardy and Charlotte Riley finally revealed the name of their new baby boy. According to reports, the proud parents named their little one after Hardy’s favorite film—Forrest Gump, a character portrayed by Tom Hanks.

But before the couple finally settled for “Forrest,” Twitter users tried guessing their second baby’s name after Cosmopolitan UK posted a hint on it.

And the guesses were nothing short of hilarious!

Since almost everyone likes “Star Wars”, why not named his son after this Wookie warrior, right?

Or after this awkward teen from Preston, Idaho?

But “Godzilla” wasn’t even a bad idea

And how come they didn’t even consider “Venom??”

Some even suggested naming Hardy’s son “The Dude,” from the movie “The Big Lebowski”

And “Sharkboy” from the “The Adventures of Sharkboy and LavaGirl”

This would be cool only if he was an only child…oops!

And “Stitch” because “Ohana means family and family means no one gets left behind”

After all the funny name suggestions, the couple believed that “Forrest” sounds earthy and strong. In an article published by The Sun, an insider told them that “Tom has always found the movie Forrest Gump very inspiring and enjoyable and thinks it fits.”
