Celebrate Earth Day at Rockalikasan 2023: Attuned – A benefit concert

The UP Environment and Tourism Society (UP Ecotour), a cause-oriented university-wide student organization based in the University of The Philippines-Diliman, Asian Institute of Tourism, will be having Rockalikasan 2023: Attuned – A Benefit Concert on April 22, 2023, 7PM-1AM in celebration of Earth Day 2023. It will be held at the Fitness Playground PH, Congressional Ave Ext, Quezon City with special performances from Gracenote, The MotherCampers, That Band Astra, Cramberries, NOVAE, Eula Hoops, and Shebu Pacifique.

An annual fundraising event since 2005, Rockalikasan focuses on the promotion of environmental awareness through the medium of communication that transcends all generations—music. With the event being put to a halt for almost 4 years due to the pandemic, it will be having its comeback in April 22, 2023 to perpetuate the purpose of promoting awareness and forwarding the advocacies related to environmental protection and sustainable development. Rockalikasan empowers college students and working individuals to be part of the solution while not losing the fun in sparking change.

By listening to up and coming artists of this generation, the event aims to raise funds and donate some of the proceeds to For The Future, a youth-run NGO fueled by stories and crowdfunded by young people from all around the world since 2019, with the goal to provide environmental action to Filipino youth. In an environmental protest in nature, Rockalikasan musters people together to amplify a crucial echo beyond tunes—the youth’s unwavering call for climate action toward the realization of a more sustainable future for all.

Pre-selling period is currently ongoing until April 19, 2023 and the link to registration form can be found in the Facebook page of Rockalikasan. Each pre-selling ticket costs Php 350 while each walk-in ticket costs Php 400. To sign up and reserve an e-ticket to their event, go through this link: https://bit.ly/Rockalikasan2023_Attuned

This event wouldn’t be possible without the help of media, brand, and organizational partners such as InqPop, Radyo Katipunan, The Manila Times, Klean Kanteen Philippines, STAND UP AIT, UPD AIT Student Council, UP Alpha Sigma Fraternity, UP Geological Society, UP Katipunan ng mga Mananalaysay ng Bayan, UP Dancesport Society, College of Science Student Council and START AIT, as well as the alumni of UP Environment and Tourism Society for the continuous support and guidance.
