Alodia Gosiengfiao announces parting with her management, Tier One Entertainment

Cosplayer and gamer Alodia Gosiengfiao announced that she has parted ways with her management, Tier One Entertainment.

In a Facebook post last November 23 she wrote, “It is with a heavy heart that I bid Tier One Entertainment farewell. The journey we shared in building the company has been both challenging and rewarding. However, it has become evident that our visions and values are not aligned.”

“I am grateful for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments we’ve achieved together,” she ended her statement.

Although the cosplayer did not really clarify how their vision and values do not align, curious social media users had their own speculations as to why she left Tier One.

One user wrote, “Malamang yung betting site na Rivalry kasi nadamay pati ML na e pati achievement nila napuruhan. Plus hindi kasi kaya ng blacklist kapag walang partnership sa iba knowing na expensive ang Dota2 [Probably due to the betting site Rivalry because ML has also been affected as well as their achievement. Plus blacklist can’t sustain without a partnership knowing that Dota2 is expensive].”

In that same thread, another user replied and wrote, “Plus, it seems like tryke wants a Valorant team in which I think not marketable dito sa pinas [here in the Philippines] imo. ML has been Tier One’s successful team so far imo pero mukhang maliit din kita doon [but it looks like the salary is also low there]. And, ayaw ata ni Alodia sa gambling [I think Alodia doesn’t like gambling] in which on the other hand is a great money maker.”

People took to the comment section to send her well wishes for her future endeavors with her announcement.
