Get Out and Us Director Jordan Peele finally gives us a glimpse of his upcoming film Nope as he unveils its first trailer during Super Bowl 2022.
The director also posted the trailer on Twitter himself:

We’re all aware of the fact that Peele has mastered the art of ‘not giving away much of the film’s plot in the trailer’ and well – Nope is not an exemption from that.
The trailer is a little bit too vague and cryptic to get a hold of where the storyline is headed or what the film is even about, but it looks like it leans towards the subject of aliens invading earth of some sort.
It starts off with Keke Palmer and Daniel Kaluuya’s scene wherein both are filming what seems like an advertisement or a commercial for their ranch’s exposure to the public.
Then, it shifts to Keke having a celebration alone afterwards. Night comes and the ranch gets eerily silent.
Kaluuya is seen outdoors amidst the obscurity of the night when he is abruptly greeted with a strange and unknown entity, emanating light from above the skies.
The trailer then ends with people looking up while intensely speculating about the presence of the unfamiliar object as dynamic events unleash in their small town before their eyes.
Fans of Jordan Peele’s films expressed their enthusiasm when the trailer for Nope was released. Some are rather puzzled and curious (as they should be).

After releasing ‘Us’ in 2019, Nope is the director’s third feature film. The movie will star Daniel Kaluuya who also took the main role in Peele’s debut film ‘Get Out’, Keke Palmer, and Steven Yeun.
The film is set to be out in theaters on August 22, 2022.
