If you’ve ever wanted to get away from your current living situation, then you may want to consider buying your own private island in Great Britain.
The company Vladi Private Islands is selling the 63.75 acre “unspoilt” island of Linga, which is located in Vaila Sound, near Shetland, Scotland. And it boasts of “spectacular scenery and beauty with an abundance of wildlife.”
Interested buyers would also be delighted to know that “planning consent” is given to them when they purchase the island. This means they can build cottages and agricultural buildings–making a little town of their own, so to speak.
They don’t even have to start from scratch as the island has its own “windmill and solar panels for power, septic tanks with reed beds for sewage, and rainwater capture from the cottage and shed roofs to provide the freshwater supply.”
So, how much does it cost?
The company accepts offers on the island that are over 250,000 GBP (that’s approximately 15,743,808.96 PHP).
