Fans are thrilled as Choi Woo-shik and Park Bo-young are confirmed to lead the cast of the upcoming romantic-comedy K-drama ‘Melo Movie.’

The drama, written by the talented Lee Na Eun—famous for her work on “Our Beloved Summer”—has generated massive anticipation among K-drama enthusiasts.

Melo Movie is a romantic-comedy K-drama series that follows the lives of Go-gyeom (Choi Woo-shik) and Kim Mu-bee (Park Bo-young). As Go-gyeom navigates his life as a film buff but then on becomes a film critic, he encounters Mu-bee, a film director but also known for her hatred of movies because of an incident that occurred years ago.

Through the teaser, the two were able to reunite both with the same field of movies/films. Not only do their lives revolve around films and movies but despite the separation Go-gyeom and Mu-bee experienced, they both explore a deeper meaning of love and career ambitions that entangle them once again.

With unwavering support and excitement from fans for the release of Melo Movie, they have been sharing their feelings through various posts on X (formerly known as Twitter), expressing their anticipation not only for the performances of well-known actors Choi Woo-shik and Park Bo-young but also for the OST (Original Soundtrack), which will be sung by TXT’s Taehyun.

The series is set to air on February 14, 2025, with a total of 10 episodes.
