The self-producing K-pop boy group, SEVENTEEN, captivated Filo Carats with amazing stage performances during their “Follow” tour at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan on January 13 and 14, 2024, making them the first international artists to perform at the venue.
SEVENTEEN pulled off another sold-out concert, filled with sentimental moments shared with their fans, Carats.
The show opened with a group performance of the track “SUPER” from the 2023 album “FML,” followed by “Don Quixote,” “Clap,” “Don’t Wanna Cry,” “F*ck My Life,” and “THANKS.”
The K-pop group’s units also performed their respective sets. Woozi, Joshua, DK, and Seungkwan from the ‘Vocal Unit’ delighted the fans with “Dust” and “Pinwheel.”
The ‘Performance Unit,’ consisting of Hoshi, Jun, The 8, and Dino, took the stage with their tracks “HIGHLIGHT” and “I Don’t Understand But I LUV U.” Meanwhile, the ‘Hip-Hop Unit,’ including Wonwoo, Mingyu, and Vernon, performed “Back it Up” and “Fire.”
During the performance of “Face the Sun,” initiated by DK, a spectacular fireworks display lit up the sky over the stadium.
For their encore stage, SEVENTEEN hopped onto big carts, moving around the stadium floor to get a closer look at the fans while delivering performances of “Run to You,” “Together,” and “To You.”
During their endingment, the K-pop boy band group expressed their appreciation to the fans and assured them in Filipino that they’ll come back to the Philippines in the future.
“Babalik kami para sa inyo [We will return for you, guys],” Mingyu, Wonwoo, and DK stated.
Putting an end to the breathtaking concert-show, SEVENTEEN brought their penned-music tracks “HIT” and “Aju Nice” on stage, making everyone in the stadium sing their hearts out and jump along.
