The “nap-ercise” — a portmanteau of nap and exercise — allows you to take a 45-minute uninterrupted nap right after a 15-minute stretching exercise.
How cool life can be, right?
According to the organizers, the napping class aims to “reinvigorate the mind, improve moods, and even burn the odd calorie” for tired parents who often lack sleep. These claims are based on scientific studies that show the benefits of taking a 45-minute nap in the middle of the day: better stress tolerance and increased brain learning capacity.
What better excuse to take a nap and still say to your friends you went to the gym?
