The ‘Be You 2’ concert announcement brought out some very Filipino reactions from Filipino fans

December 8-9, 2022 will definitely turn Cebu and Manila into SM Entertainment’s concert grounds.

On November 11, 2022, Neuwave Events & Productions announced the second installment of their “Be You” concert, with this round being a tribute to the elderly. Apart from announcing the dates for the “Be You 2” concert, Neuwave also revealed the lineup for the concert, surprising SM Entertainment artist stans in the Philippines.

Performing in the Philippines for 2 days will be SM Entertainment powerhouses TVXQ, BoA, and EXO’s Chen and Xiumin. They will be joined by local Filipino artists Pilita Corrales, Ian Veneracion, Lady Pipay, G22 (in Manila), and Lukas Magallano (in Cebu).

The announcement itself brought fans into a frenzy, with all sorts of reactions on the Internet ensuing hilarity, chaos, and just pure fan behavior. Some even referred to the concert as a….DILF convention…..

Well, I guess they’re kind of right to call it a DILF convention? But any who, let’s not forget who the real stars are of the concert: the elderly. Let’s all cheer on for the artists and at the same time, the beneficiaries of the entire concert series.
