Ne-yo introduces his four ‘loves’ on Instagram

The ‘Let Me Love You’ singer “hard launched” his four girlfriends on Instagram early this week, writing in an Instagram post-caption, “Since the world is so intrigued, I guess I should introduce my loves properly.” Ne-yo introduced them as his “pyramid,” confirming his polyamorous relationship to the public.

The group of partners consists of Cristina “Pretty Baby,” Arielle “Twin Flame,” Moneii “Phoenix Feather,” and Bri “Sexy Lil’ Somethin.’” The singer ended his post confidently, stating, “Say something nice or move on with your life. We happy over here.”

On Big Boy Neighborhood’s radio show, Ne-Yo broke down their dynamics with host Kurt Alexander (Big Boy). The artist was asked, “Who schedules?,” pertaining to which of his girlfriends he would bring to a show seeing that he had four of them. He replied that he would be the one to do so given his busy career.

The singer then went into detail with how he had been “managing” having four lovers. “So for example on this tour, (you know) I’ll let this one come out for seven days and then she go home, then this one come out for seven days, and then this one come out for seven days, and then we do something all together.”

In another interview with the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, the singer was asked about his children’s thoughts on the matter to which he shared that they were aware of his relationships and answered, “I’m not lying to nobody, not even my children…Hey- this is, this is, daddy’s girlfriend, and so is that, and so is that, and so is that.“ He explained that his girlfriends would also take on household tasks for his kids, ending on a positive note cheering, “It’s all good!”

The singer’s “love pyramid” came three years after his divorce from ex-wife Crystal Renay was finalized in February 2023. Renay had accused him of cheating with numerous women over the past eight years since they tied the knot in 2016. Despite the outcome, she still described the singer as “an amazing father” and remained focused on prioritizing their children’s well-being. However, following the allegations of his multiple affairs, she no longer wished to rebuild a relationship with him as a partner.
