South Korean series ‘Squid Game’ confirmed to come back for Season 2

The hit and intense popular South Korean show Squid Game will return for its second season.

Hwang Dong-hyuk, the director, writer, and executive producer of Squid Game confirmed that the series will be having its second season and thanked all the fans that showed their love and support for the first season. 

He also confirms that some familiar faces will return in Squid Game season 2, such as Gi-hun as the FrontMan, and we will be introduced to Cheol-Su, the boyfriend of the very iconic killer doll – Young-Hee. He even leaves the fans some questions about whether or not “The man in the suit with ddakji might be back.”

Squid Game is a fictional drama from South Korea in which contestants who are desperately in need of money play deadly children’s games to win cash prizes.
