VIVIZ to perform on the GRAMMY Awards’ digital series ‘Global Spin’

Following their successful debut on February 2022 and their participation on the second season of Mnet’s reality competition show “Queendom”, VIVIZ will be performing on the GRAMMY Awards’ digital series Global Spin.

This announcement was made on April 22, 2022 by VIVIZ’s agency, Big Planet Made, and will be the first K-Pop Girl Group ever to take the virtual stage to do so. The 3-piece group will be performing their debut single, “BOP BOP!” on the series, which highlights artists from around the world and their country’s culture.

VIVIZ is the fourth Korean act to perform on Global Spin, following B.I., Seori, and ATEEZ. Their performance will be released on the GRAMMYs’ official website on April 26, 2022 at 10 A.M. PT, and was described by the production team of the series as “unbelievably cool.” The girl group’s appearance on the series by The Recording Academy also marks beginning of their pre-debut campaign to enter the U.S. markets.

Reactions to the news by VIVIZ’s fans, Na.V were mixed, due to them still recovering from the girl group’s ranking from the recent episode of “Queendom 2”. Nevertheless, they are still proud of the girls and the expansion of their activities. Some also included GFriend’s achievement as the “1st K-Pop Girl Group” to have been interviewed on the GRAMMY Museum back in 2020 in comparison.

Congratulations, and we can’t wait for your performance, VIVIZ!
