The College Editors Guild of the Philippines, the oldest, broadest, and only-existing alliance of tertiary student publications in the Asia-Pacific region, will hold LUNDUYAN 2017: 17th Luzon-wide Student Press Convention, on April 5-9, 2017 in Malayan Colleges Laguna.
LUNDUYAN 2017 will provide lectures and workshops on basic, intermediate, and advanced journalism skills. Likewise, trainings on different literary genres will be given. And as part of the Guild’s 85 years of dedication in educating student journalists regarding the plight of the country, various socio-political discussions will also be featured. The Guild has invited respected media practitioners and luminaries of Philippine literature. Also, promising literary writers will be honored in the 12th Gawad Emmanuel “Eman” Lacaba (GEL), CEGP-Luzon’s annual literary contest.
