Our favorite kitty friend is out and about for Hello Kitty Live – Fashion & Friends.
Hello Kitty Live gives us a story of friendship, talent, hard work, and passion for creativity combined with fantastic fashion and costumes specially designed by Japanese-inspired lifestyle brand Tokidoki.
Hello Kitty graced the stage and danced live for the first time along with her friend, Sophie, during the press conference of Hello Kitty Live held at the Marco Polo hotel last December 17.

Hello Kitty Live takes the audience to a whole new experience made even more engaging by cutting-edge technology, original animation on mega-HD LED walls and special effects.
The show is a Pop Show in the truest sense as Hello Kitty and her friends dance to songs from artists like Charli XCX, Bruno Mars, Kylie Minogue, Echosmith, Clean Bandit, Flo Rida, and many more.
During the press conference, Sophie and Hello Kitty gave a glimpse of what people could expect from the show: a story of friendship presented with music, dancing, and definitely lots of fun.
Hello Kitty also surprised her special fan, Shayne, who instantly beamed up when she saw her favorite cartoon character in person.
Set in modern-day London, Hello Kitty Live features a young and modern Hello Kitty who is full of dreams and ambition for her future. But before she can get there, she is faced with challenges ahead. Luckily, she gets help from her fantastic friends.
Hello Kitty will be joined on stage by her twin sister Mimmy, her best friend My Melody, her boyfriend Dear Daniel, the troublemaker Bad Badtz Maru, and the easy-going Pom Pom Purin. Sophie serves as the narrator of the story, and serves as the connection between the audience and the characters on stage. Hello Kitty’s parents also makes a virtual appearance on the LED wall.
“Hello Kitty Live – Fashion & Friends” is a production of Zen Tiger Live and Royale Chimes Concerts and Events, Inc. and will run on stage from December 20 to January 1 at the Meralco Theater.
