Decades after making the band, the members still continue the legacy of music, returning to Manila 6 years after their last concert here. Here’s a rundown of highlights from last night’s Chicago Live in Manila concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
After a long delay, English singer-songwriter Sam Smith finally made it to Manila, and it was worth the wait.
The Jets made their way to Manila once again for a one night concert. Still hot with their 80s vibe, sans the sky high hair and shoulder pads–here are photos in action of the Grammy nominated family band from Minnesota, performing their chart-topping hits including “Rocket 2 U,” “You Got It All,” and “Make It Real.”
Expect a lot of singing, dancing, laughing and reminiscing as the band takes us back to simpler times, with classic hits like Make It Real, Rocket 2 U, Crush On You and You Got It All.
Lead vocalist Jason Wade tells the audience: “I always tell my friends my favourite place in the world to play is Manila!”
It’s a wish granted for Yaya Dub as Bryan White, the singer of the sensational KalyeSerye AlDub’s theme song, “God Gave Me You”, will be coming to Manila this December 1 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Known for their inspirational and upbeat music, this Australian rock band wants to see generations rise up to a purposeful life, and be empowered by music to make a difference in the world. Well-loved by youth and young adults, Planetshakers events have a way of affecting positive community development wherever they go, challenging our young people to live an abundant and self-giving life.
