GOT 7’s Bambam is set to return to South Korea after slots for the mandatory military service in Thailand were filled by volunteers last Monday.

The hashtag #BamBamBlackcard has been trending worldwide, referring to the draw lots system of the Thailand military in selecting new recruits.

During the lottery, there are two cards that may possibly be picked by a candidate from a container: either a red or a black card. Picking a red card would mean having to serve in the military for two years, while getting a black card would mean an exemption from service.

Bambam was present during the lottery in Thailand Monday morning, dressed in an all-black ensemble.

He was already among other potential military recruits when news broke out the same day that all slots for the military service have been filled up by volunteers. That meant that all remaining candidates still awaiting their turn in the lottery have been exempted from service.

#BamBamBlackcard continues to be the top-trending hashtag in Manila, with 4.35M tweets as of publishing time.

Here are some of the top tweets showing Bambam’s participation during the lottery:

The JYP Entertainment-handled group is set to have the 2018 GOT7 World Tour: Eyes On You this May until August, with 17 stops in North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
