Universal Records track, Giedie Laroco – Hindi Ko Kaya

Giedie Laroco may be young, but her voice is beyond her years. She auditioned for The Voice Kids Philippines in 2014, and quickly became an internet sensation when footage of her rendition of “Power of Love,” originally recorded by Jennifer Rush, but later popularized by Celine Dion hit the web. Giedie’s rendition did not disappoint, as judge Sarah Geronimo instantly spun in her chair to see who the powerful voice belonged to. It wasn’t long before the other two judges, Lea Salonga and Bamboo Manalac, made the turn.

Giede is now back in the music scene with her rendition of Geneva Cruz’s heartbreaking ballad “Hindi Ko Kaya.” Originally released in 1999, Giedie’s version can be heard on GMA’s newest K-drama “All About My Mom”.
