A TikTok video featuring fashion influencer Bryanboy crossing a street in Paris has been gaining attention lately. The user who shared the video took the opportunity to publicly call out the influencer.
@iamosborn Hard to tell who’s in the wrong
In the video, Bryanboy can be heard saying to the biker, “You’re not looking where you’re going.”
He then turns back to his companions following him across the street and says, “She’s not looking where she’s going.”
The TikTok user called out the Bryanboy about the said incident saying, “She’s not looking where she’s going? You’re stood in a f—ing bike lane! Oh look the bike lane. I’m the main character.”
Reactions to the comments were mixed, with some siding with the biker and others with Bryanboy.
What stood out the most in that video, as pointed out by those who have viewed it, is Bryanboy’s reaction. Most of the comments pointed out that he did not even say sorry to the biker, and instead humiliated her. It’s clear in the video that he already saw the biker, yet did not hesitate to cross the bike lane. People have also pointed out that the stoplight was green so he was not supposed to cross the bike lane. Many have pointed out that he did not seem to hold himself accountable for his own actions, and just casually blamed the biker.
At times, people may forget to display proper etiquette. When we fall short in this regard, it’s important to acknowledge our mistakes and apologize.
