NCT’s Taeil and Haechan serenade as they walk in ‘N.Y.C.T’

“I’m walkin’ on the New York city in the moonlight~”

NCT’s Sun & Moon finally released a song together!

On September 7, 2023 at 6 P.M. KST, NCT’s Taeil and Haechan released their first single for SM Station’s “NCT LAB” project, titled “N.Y.C.T.” This is the duo’s first commercially released duet track as NCT U.

“N.Y.C.T.” is described as an R&B pop track with piano, guitar, and brass sounds that exudes feelings of romance and being in a romantic atmosphere. Paired with Taeil and Haechan’s illustrious voices (and with the pair also participating in the song composition), the song compares their special moments with NCTzens to a romantic walk along the glimmering streets of New York.

NCTzens had high expectations for the duo, as their voices had always meshed well together and were always nicknamed as ‘Sun & Moon’—with Haechan in Korean meaning ‘Full sun’, and Moon being Taeil’s last name.
