On August 2, 2023, HyunJin, YeoJin, ViVi, Go Won, and HyeJu (formerly known as Olivia Hye) dropped their first-ever individual and group profile photos under CTDENM, rebranding as Loossemble (Loona Assemble).

CTDENM is a brand-new company founded by Yoon Do-yeon, who had previously served as a director in the Planning Division under BlockBerry Creative. HyunJin and ViVi joined the company in June of this year and were reported to have signed with the agency because of their “long-standing relationship of trust” with the CEO.
Upon announcing that HyunJin and ViVi were now a part of their company, CTDENM said, “We would like to thank HyunJin and ViVi for joining us at this new starting point, and we will do our utmost in giving our unsparing support to these two artists in the future so that their talents can blossom more beautifully.”
Later in July of this year, YeoJin, Go Won, and HyeJu also joined CTDENM, with the agency releasing this statement:
“Hello. This is CTDENM.
Recently, YeoJin, Go Won, and HyeJu (Olivia Hye) of LOONA have signed an exclusive contract with us. We would like to convey our gratitude to the three members who have chosen to join us.
CTDENM promises to do our best so that YeoJin, Go Won, and HyeJu’s charms and talents can blossom even more beautifully in the future. We will also support [YeoJin, Go Won, and HyeJu in various ways so that they can greet fans with many different sides to them.
Please show lots of interest and love for YeoJin, Go Won, and HyeJu as well as HyunJin and ViVi, who had also previously joined CTDENM.
Thank you.”
On August 1, 2023, CTDENM opened their official website and on their landing page is as reads, “In the year of great chaos, HyunJin, YeoJin, ViVi, Go Won, HyeJu and crew sheltered in the “Loossemble” a spacecraft. Here they are, preparing for a long voyage searching for their friends.”
As of writing, 11 out of 12 members of LOONA all have moved to new companies—HeeJin, HaSeul, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry under Modhaus (ARTMS Project, Odd Eye Circle), HyunJin, ViVi, YeoJin, Go Won and HyeJu under CTDENM (Loossemble), and Chuu under ATRP.
Yves is the only remaining member without an agency.
