Fans poke fun at BTS’ Jungkook after he accidentally revealed his personal TikTok account

I am sure you have at least sent one or too many TikToks to other people. But, do you know that once you share the link from TikTok, it shows your personal account name? Too bad for those who choose to have a private account since this has no exemptions, not even to a BTS member.

When BTS’s very own Jungkook decided to share a TikTok dance cover by his juniors, members of BOYNEXTDOOR, to his song, “Seven,” he did not realize he has unintentionally revealed his personal TikTok account to the world. Of course, the ARMYs went on to check the account with the name Ian and username @ian2anean. As soon as he noticed, he took it to Weverse to share a message with the ARMYS.

Jungkook wrote, “Ah, I shared a TikTok now everyone knows my account lol (Ah, I had my nickname as Ian… that’s embarrassing…) That’s right, it’s me, but I won’t do TikTok (on that account), it’s for viewing. I hastily changed to JK… I’ll leave it since everyone knows now lol it’s rather better (this way).”

He changed the account name to JK and with the username @letjungcook7.

The idol also adds, “Ah… so embarrassing… Sigh… Don’t make fun of me the next time you see me.”

ARMYs found this accidental revelation definitely hilarious knowing that, “Ian,” was one of Jungkook’s stage name candidates along with, “Seagull,” and “Tattoo.” The incident garnered several funny reactions from the ARMYS, making fun of the BTS star.

Jungkook took his message to fans to Weverse: “Stop making Ian memes.”

But ARMYs went on to playfully tease Jungkook, hence the memes.

As of the writing, Jungkook’s @letjungcook7 account now has 4.4 million followers. “Jungkook” and “Jeon Ian” are also trending in Twitter.
