Halle Bailey set to release debut track, ‘Angel,’ on August 4

An ‘angel’ will make her way to our playlists this August with a debut track.

Following a successful portrayal of Ariel in the 2023 live-action remake of The Little Mermaid, Halle Bailey is about to make her way into the music industry (solo) with a to-be-released debut track.

The actress took to Instagram to announce the good news. She uploaded a video that shows compilations of her videos through the ages. It then revealed the title of the song and the release date.

“angels make a way somehow. friday,” the caption reads.

Her sister Chloe commented on the said post and claims that she cannot wait until the release date.

Before she became a lead actress, Halle has been famously known as the half of the musical duo Chloe x Halle. Their two albums, namely, The Kids Are Alright (2018) and Ungodly Hour (2020), had received five Grammy nominations.

The debut track titled ‘Angels’ is set to be released on August 4.
