On July 14, 2023, at 12 M.N. KST, TWICE’s first sub-unit MiSaMo released the music video for “Do not touch”, the title track of their upcoming debut mini album, “Masterpiece”. Their EP is set to be released on July 26, 2023.
Composed of TWICE’s Japanese members Mina, Sana, and Momo, the three are set to hold their debut showcase titled, “MiSaMo Japan Showcase 2023” in Osaka and Yokohama for 5 days starting July 22, 2023.
Songs from their upcoming EP have already been pre-released—‘Bouquet’ was released on January 25, 2023, as an OST for TV Asahi’s TV series, “Liaison: Children’s Heart Clinic”; ‘Marshmallow’ was released digitally on June 16, 2023 along with a music video.
The music video for MiSaMo’s ‘Do not touch’ sees the trio depicting different masterpieces throughout history, and in some parts, dancing to their choreography clad in black outfits and big hats similar to Beyoncé and in gold outfits.
ONCEs who have been waiting for MiSaMo’s debut were over the moon and “seated” after seeing MiSaMo release “grown women K-Pop music.” They have also praised the lyrics of “Do not touch” for conveying the message of how important consent is in a relationship.
