Gordon Ramsay responds to NCT’s Mark’s shoutout following his release of ‘Golden Hour’

Mark called out for him and he replied!

On April 7, 2023, NCT’s Mark released his second solo song, “Golden Hour” for SM Entertainment’s ongoing “NCT LAB” project. Mark can be heard referencing Gordon Ramsey in multiple parts of the song, especially with the lyric, “I’m callin’ Gordon Ramsay.”

To the delight of the fans who have been asking for the renowned celebrity chef’s response to NCT’s Mark’s shoutout in his newest song, “Golden Hour,” Gordon Ramsay posted a duet of Mark’s “Golden Hour Open Verse Challenge” video on TikTok.

Gordon Ramsay’s TikTok was captioned, “I’m still waiting for my call…hope the eggs are better now!” This was a reference to a Tweet he made in response to an NCTzen who had asked him for his thoughts on Mark cooking eggs some years ago.

Fast forward to the day before the song dropped, Mark explained that he was inspired by Ramsay’s Tweet from 2018 about him and gave a shoutout to the “fan that started it all for “Golden Hour.”

Since the song dropped, NCTzens have been posting and reposting memes about Gordon Ramsay and Mark. NGL, they are pretty funny, and at the same time, who would’ve thought Mark would turn a criticism and make it into a fire diss track.
