News of Andrew Tate’s lung cancer diagnosis fuels celebratory posts on social media

Social media personality Andrew Tate is currently in custody in Romania due to human trafficking allegations. On Friday, it has been confirmed that he was diagnosed with lung cancer.

The self proclaimed misogynist reportedly has a “dark spot on his lung,” according to his legal team. They claim that it is “most likely a tumor.”

“Yes, it’s true.” Tate’s manager wrote. “I was the one driving with him to and from the hospital in Dubai. I don’t have any more specifics to share.”

His manager, with handle  ‘thasartorialshooter,’ confirmed the story shortly after reports claimed Tate’s team wanted him to receive treatment in Dubai.

His doctors, both in Dubai and Romania, reportedly confirmed he has a lesion of his upper right lung. He did not receive permission to leave the country for treatment and will be detained for at least until the end of March.

Adin Ross and other fans came into defense for Tate that they were quick to claim that “The Matrix” was trying to kill their fallen hero.

There seems to be no mercy for Tate amid the cancer news:

Tate will be held for another 30 days in Romania after a court in Bucharest protracted his detention. He is being investigated for alleged sexual assault and exploitation by Diicot, Romania’s organized crime agency.

He became famous after his appearance on the British reality show ‘Big Brother’ and was evicted after controversial remarks he made on social media.

Back in December of last year, Tate and his brother, Tristan, were detained in Romania along with two women. All four of them are suspected of human trafficking and founding an organized crime group. Romanian police alleged that the group strong-armed victims into making porn for social media.
