The 7th Philippine Pop – PPOP Awards 2022 with the theme “POPasikatin Natin Ang Sariling Atin” was held on November 30 at the Rizal Park Open-Air Auditorium jointly in the celebration of the National Music Week for young artists where PPOP pioneers and former XLR8 members MM and MJ Magno performed the PPOP Awards theme song which was also accompanied by Muntinlupa Yaman ng Kalinangan Dance Company, with the live performances by PPOP groups; BINI, MNL48, 1st One, Dione, Press Hit Play, Calista, Z1ON and PPOP soloists Hazel Faith, Jace Roque, Anna Park plus the special performance of Caleb Santos, RD Reyes and Athalia Badere the World Supremacy Dance Champion.
