Multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and producer vaultboy has revealed his sophomore EP ‘this is what i get’, a record that perfectly showcases his penchant for writing lyrics that hit listeners right in the feels.
vaultboy shares, “My new EP ‘this is what i get’ is a themed collection of stories that all lend themselves to the consequences of choice. Good and bad, my choices lead me into and through a bad mental state and a better one, getting into situationships and over them, and even the thrill of a spooky evening with someone special – I am my greatest downfall and champion.
Earlier singles from the EP, “ghost stories”, “i wish u knew” and “why you gotta be like that (feat. Nightly)” have already garnered over 5 million streams in a few short months since their release dates.
