Mystica set the internet on fire when a video of her going on an expletive-filled tirade against presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte went viral not more than 24 hours ago. As expected, the video provoked the ire of Duterte supporters who, in turn, flooded social media with their comments.
It starts out with the self-proclaimed Celebrity Rock Diva stating her political stance against the Davao city mayor.
“Everyone knows na ako noon ang number one na lumalaban noon kay Duterte na ‘wag s’yang iboto.”
She revealed that big political figures recently offered her a huge sum of money to change her mind and join Duterte’s camp.
“In-offer-an ako ng mga nasa politiko — kung sino-sino ang mga ‘yun, talagang malalaking tao ang mga ito — in-offer-an ako, babayaran ako, para lang maiba ‘yung utak ko, para lang bumaligtad at sasanib kay Duterte.”
With her colorful posse standing behind her, Mystica stated that, while she needed the money, she will stand by her word and her principles because…
“Dahil hindi ako naniniwala na itong Digong-gong, okay… Duterte na ‘to… kung ano ‘yung pinagsasabi n’ya nu’n na talagang lilinisan ko ang buong Pilipinas.”
While watching Mystica commit social media suicide, we couldn’t help but notice an off-cam voice that kept nudging her on and supporting her. Since we have no idea who that person was, we’ll just call her Off-cam BFF.
“No way.”
Of course, no logical argument would be complete without bringing God in the discussion so….
“Mismo nga ang Diyos binigyan tayo ng freedom to do everything we want, hindi nga tayo kino-control! S’ya pa kaya na hindi Diyos, mako-control tayo? HINDE!”
This was met by a round of applause and nods of agreement from her crew.
“Tama, tama. Agree agree agree!”
Off-cam BFF was all fired up.
“Agree, agree, agree, agree, agree, agree, agree, agree! Duterte, no, Duterte, no! Crazy!”
Mystica then mouths off against Rodrigo Duterte’s famed curfew policy. By this time, we were already hooked. Heck, even our office cat was mesmerized by the Split Queen.
“Ngayon dahil nakita ka, nandu’n ka pa sa lansangan, nandu’n ka pa sa labas, bigla kang BRINATATAT, ano ang maipaglalaban mo?”
Off-cam BFF, what can you say?
“Nganga!”
She then proceeds about how she thinks Rodrigo Duterte might control everyone using the military.
“Gusto n’yo ba na maging biktima kayo? Ikaw o ang pamilya mo, na kahit wala kang kasalanan, BRINATATAT ka dahil lang sa law at batas ng p*ny*t*ng Duterte na ‘to?! ANO?!”
Off-cam BFF agrees.
“Tama!”
Mystica then revealed what seems to be the root of all her angst and frustration: the fact that her dad was allegedly killed during the Martial Law era.
“Ngayon nu’ng alam nila na bumaligtad ang tatay ko, ha, BRINATATAT na lang nila!”
She then ended her rant warning us what will happen if Duterte wins the presidency.
“Alalahanin n’yo ha… once is enough! Martial Law is enough! Pero ang magiging kahihinatnan natin pagkatapos na si Duterte ang mananalo, p*t*ng*n*a ‘yung Martial Law na kinakatakutan natin… MAGIGING FULL-BLAST, MORE THAN HOW MANY TIMES NA MARTIAL LAW! It will be p*ny*t*ng impiyerno ang buhay natin! ‘Yan ba ang gusto n’yo? P*t*ng*na n’yo, mag-isip kayo ngayon.”
Off-cam BFF still had the final word, though.
“Good.”
