They say your first comic con will always be your best.

For those who might not have had the chance to travel abroad and experience a full-on comic book convention, this is your chance to finally live out your geek fantasies!

From September 18 to 20 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila, world-renowned artists, comic book creators, celebrities, and cosplayers will converge at AsiaPOP Comicon, an international pop culture convention themed around comic books, film, toys, animation, games, and all the other cool things geeks’ wet dreams are made of.

We have been fortunate enough to be allowed a behind-the-scenes look at what the organizers have in store for all you fanboys and fangirls out there while they are still setting up. Here’s a peek at AsiaPOP Comicon Manila 2015:

Some of the highlights of AsiaPOP Comicon Manila 2015 will be a special movie screening of Harbinger Down and Fire City: End Of Days, a Marvel Special Panel for Captain America: Civil War, performances and jamming session with Make Out Monday, appearances by Paul Bettany (Vision/Avengers: Age of Ultron), Jeremy Shada (Finn/Adventure Time), Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei/Game Of Thrones), Bill Goldberg (pro-wrestler and Checkpoint actor); panel sessions with comic book pros Stephen Segovia, C.B. Cebulski, Whilce Portacio, David Mack, Leinil Yu, Carlo Pagulayan, Mico Suayan, Hank Kanalz, and David Yardin; cosplayers Allison Harvard, Alodia Gosienfiao, Bill Doran, Leeanna Vamp, Monika Lee, and Bill Doran; a vocaloid jam with DJ Tekina, and many more!
