2020 what happened?
We’re scared.
We’re terrified.
We’re confused.
2020 what happened?
You were supposed the year of perfect vision.
A year of new beginning.
A year of redirection.
A year of clarity.
For the world.
For the community.
For ourselves.
But you came damaged.
Everything is blurred. No, darkness has taken over. As if light was vanished.
Is there an end to this?
Pandemic. Corruption. Death. Crisis.
“Worst is yet to come”, my mind screams.
But,
“Sun will shine again”, my heart whispers.
Maybe we can try to find it again. The Light.
Not the spectrum that can be seen by the naked eyes, but the one that can be seen by the soul.
Perhaps 2020 is not the year of perfect vision for ourselves, but rather the year of total surrender to the Lord.
We were consumed by the idea of absolute life and then worse things have happened. We became lost.
We’ll never understand why but the answer will always be to let go and to let God.
And we’re still scared.
We’re still terrified.
We’re still confused.
2020 has happened.
Now, we choose to focus our eyes on the unseen treasure and on the Invisible God.
