One of the most sought-after Korean boybands in the world is BTS (also known as the Bangtan Boys). Because of their massive popularity in the music scene, they have fans from all over the world called the BTS Army. These ‘ARMYs’ have been captivated by the group’s catchy songs, impressive dance moves, and endearing personalities.
Aside from their talent in music, fans are also crazy for the members’ looks and physique. And quite possibly one of the most attractive faces in the group is Kim Taehyung or V–who won the title ‘most handsome face‘ in South Korea in 2017 and 2019.
Now, fans are giving V a new title and it’s one we definitely agree with.
Last May 2, the website KpopStarz reported (via Star News) that BTS’s Kim Taehyung went viral when fans realized that he resembled a real-life anime and manga character–highlighting his “structured and proportioned face”. And to prove it Twitter users created side-by-side photos of Kim Taehyung and animated characters:

Taehyung’s eyes, skin color, and silver hair perfectly match with Kaneki. Not to mention that his black outfit is similar to the character in the photo.

Taehyung’s permed hair shows an uncanny similarity with the Osamu Dazai’s iconic look.

Fans also believe that Taehyung would be perfect for the role if the manga decides to have a Korean adaptation.

The famous “handsome demon” look of Muzan is very much like V’s, in the sense that they have almost the same monolid eyes and permed hair.
There is no doubt that Kim Taehyung is handsome, but his incredible talent and friendly personality are the main reasons why his fans are incredibly fond of him./FM
