EXO’s CHEN sings of a painful goodbye and lingering feelings in ‘Last Scene’ MV

EXO’s balladeer is back with new music after 2 years.

On November 14, 2022 at 6 P.M. KST, SM Entertainment and EXO’s Chen released his third EP titled, “Last Scene”, as well as the music video for the title track of the same name. The album was originally slated for release on October 31st but was postponed to November 14 to respect the mourning period for the victims of the Itaewon crowd crush.

“Last Scene”, the title track of Chen’s mini album, exceptionally captures the vocal prowess of the EXO main vocalist. Paired with a piano melody and string sounds, the lyrics express a painful farewell where everything gradually fades away.

The music video stars “Squid Game” and “Money Heist: Korea” star Park Hae-soo, who portrayed the song’s feeling remarkably well.

EXO-Ls were definitely proud and happy to finally hear new music from the EXO member and were nothing short of welcoming to EXO’s Chen after 2 years.

Welcome back, Chen! We’ve definitely missed your masterful singing voice and we’re happy to finally see a new side of you.
