Music Made Visible presents BODYWARS 2020: MAVERICK, a longstanding annual inter-school dance competition that has been successfully running for 11 years already. In a clash of talent and creativity, it gathers creative and passionate individuals from different schools to represent and bring honor to their respective alma mater.
BodyWars 2020: Maverick is divided into two divisions: highschool and college division. Twenty-one teams will be competing for the highschool division and eleven teams for the college division. A total of thirty-two schools will be battling to win the coveted championship title.
The fates of these crews are in the hands of our esteemed judges who are established and well-known dancers in the dance community namely, Chinky Asilio, James Wong, Josh Junio, and Matt Padilla.Now on its 12 year program run, BodyWars 2020: Maverick is one of the biggest dance competitions in Metro Manila with an audience of 1,100. It aims to continue its legacy as they bring it to Henry Lee Irwin theatre on March 8, 2020.
