K-Pop boy band, NOIR visited the Philippines last December 2018 and made its return in Manila for their “The Ninth” fan meeting and live tour. The event was held at the Grand Plaza Ballroom in Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila last August 10, 2019.
The group–composed of Shin Seunghoon, Kim Yeonkuk, Lee Junyong, Nam Yunsung, Kim Siheon, Ryu Hoyeon, Yang Siha, Kim Minhyuk and Kim Daewon–performed their hearts out to the crowd of adoring fans. In return, PH Lumieres showed their full support of their idols, as they performed “Airplane Mode”, “Become A Star” and “Beautiful”.
The show also featured fun segments in between the acts including a question-and-answer portion, wherein fans were able to know more about their “biases”.
The nonet then continued their set with a remarkable performance of “Diamond” and “Gangsta”–the latter of which is an all-time favorite among NOIR’s hits.
They further went on to share the inspiration behind their latest track, “Doom Doom”.Seunghoon even performed a rap song dedicated to their fans.
Finally, the band became sentimental as they thanked their Filipino fans at the end of the show. And to express their appreciation for PH Lumieres, NOIR gave a heartfelt performance of the song, “Gift”.
