When does a dream become a dream? It is when the things you want to achieve makes you feel euphoric; so, this coming ACD Night 2019, let your feet be upon the clouds while playing with light hues of fashion. There on, the ninth year of this event has started to gain its dreamers as it was themed “Reverie.”
The Accountancy Department of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas has always been marked as one of the best dreamers as it kept its rates high on the national and international boards. To keep these dreams burning with passion, the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, in cooperation with the Junior Philippine Association of Management Accountants and the Accounting Enrichment Society, has organized “ACD Night 2019: Reverie” to gather all the students of the department. This event aims to provide them a chance to build their self-esteem by letting them dress up and show-off their glamour and playfulness—giving them the opportunity to relax and enjoy without their academic worries.
Over the course of the event’s actualization, it has always been a challenge to meet high expectations. So now, it has aimed for your daydreams. This is your chance to flaunt your fanciness transitioning from your academic hard works. Let the music, dancing, and enjoyment afloat you onto the heavens and surely this ninth year will be on cloud nine!
There are lots of activities prepared such as the talent showcase, tribute to the graduates, and the dance party. More excitingly, the faculty members of the department have also prepared their share on this event as some of them would perform and give special awards to outstanding students. On top of everything else, we are certain that your preparations would not go to waste as there would be awards for the night’s crème de la crème – Face of the Night Award, Best Dressed Award, and of course, Mr. and Ms. ACD Night 2019!
The ticket price is P1,350. A portion of the proceeds is going to the Accounting Seed for Education Scholarship (AcSeEd) Program to help our co-dreamers on their passionate pursuit of the accounting profession.
There are only a few days left before we reach a state of euphoria! The best thing to do now is to pick up your gowns and suits and hang it near your calendars; for it is on May 4, 2019 (Saturday), when the clouds are ready to take you in. You should also load your road maps as it will be held at The Orchard Golf and Country Club, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite.
