PIChE-JCL kicks off ‘ChECKPOINT: Portal to Innovative Nations Technology’

Equipped with unwavering dedication to fulfill its duty in initiating projects that tirelessly aim for the holistic development and enhancement of knowledge for the chemical engineering students, Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers- Junior Chapter Luzon (PIChE-JCL), a consortium of Chemical Engineering student organizations from all over Luzon, will launch its annual event with the title, “ChECKPOINT: Portal to Innovative Nations Technology”, this coming Jannuary 12-13, 2019, the first day being held at the Adamson University and the second day at the University of Santo Tomas and Mapua University.

This year’s JCL Fair will shine the limelight upon series of seminars that intend to raise academic awareness of chemical engineering students on certain technological advancements and introduce the fields of Nanotechnology, Rapid Prototyping, and Biotechnology. Booths and exhibits where prepared as well with each being specifically designed in the hopes of engaging students’ participation. The second day welcomes a new event to the JCL Fair, an amazing race event. This amazing race will test the chemical engineering students’ intelligence and skills as well as help the participants form camaraderie and bond with their fellow chemical engineering students all over the country.
