On August 19th, ninjas from all over the metro will head to Tiendesitas for the 2ND season of #LevelUP Ninja Showdown – Will the champions be able to defend their titles or will the new breed of talents will win and represent the Philippines in RedBull’s international events?
The first ever Parkour Competition will be partnering up with RedBull Philippines. Parkour is an art of movement where you traverse from one point to another as efficient as you can. Tricking is a combination of kicks with flips and twists from gymnastics as well as dance moves.
Like last year, competitors will have to submit their video entrees to pre-register and only the top entrees will have the opportunity to compete. Event is open to all and at least 16 years of age. Registration starts at 1pm, Aug 19 at Tiendesitas.
Winners of this year’s competition will not only have the bragging right as the best in the country; they will have their chance to compete internationally next year in RedBull’s KICK IT Korea and RedBull’s Art Of Motion Santorini.
Shin Min Cheol, 2016 RedBull Kick It Champion, will be invited by RedBull Philippines to judge the competition. He will also head a mini workshop on Tricking.

About the Competition
SPEED RUN: Players will have to go through the course as fast as they can, tapping each flags as they pass them. TRICKING: Trickers will have to show their best combination of kicks (Flow), difficulty and execution.
PARKOUR: Similar to Tricking competition but they have to utilize their best moves with obstacles provided.
