KN Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership, Inc., a civil society organization that promotes genuine and lasting positive change in our government, in partnership with the University of Santo Tomas, is now accepting nominations and applications of outstanding female Mayors who exemplify effective, empowering, and ethical leadership for the 2nd Sonia R. Together with the late DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo, Among Ed Panlilio and Grace Padaca, she co-founded the Kaya Natin! Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership in 2008. She was also a former Chemical Engineering student at the University of Santo Tomas. Last July 18, 2014, she passed away after a bout with cancer.
