From channeling fictional characters to bringing back distinct memories, here’s a roundup of celebrities who dressed up for Halloween.
Kelly Clarkson
In the Halloween episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” singer Kelly Clarkson transformed into Beetlejuice, flaunting her wild hair, the filthy black-and-white striped costume, and the pale skin that Michael Keaton wore in the movies.
Janelle Monáe
Janelle Monáe brought E.T. back home paying homage to Steven Spielberg’s 1982 blockbuster E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial dressing up as the iconic character.
Heidi Klum
Queen of Halloween Heidi Klum also recreated E.T. for her costume this year. Similar to Monáe, who is known for her extravagant appearance, the model debuted her outfit during her 23rd annual party in New York wherein she wore an E.T. costume disguised in a blonde wig and a hat while her husband Tom Kaulitz wore a more conventional E.T. costume.
Ed Sheeran
Dressing up like a popular meme of himself, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran had a little extra fun with his Halloween costume. As he displayed the image on his phone, he captioned the picture of himself dressed as a monkey and wrote, “Haters will say it’s AI.”
Mike Flanagan and Bryan Fuller
Even though Mike Flanagan and Bryan Fuller are the maestros of horror, they wanted to prove this year that “there’s no crying in baseball.” They dressed like Jimmy and Dottie from the 1992 movie “A League of Their Own”, channeling Tom Hanks and Geena Davis.
Paris Hilton
Paris Hilton had gone all out this year as she not only had one but two costumes to celebrate Halloween. The business mogul posted a series of images on Instagram dressed as Uma Thurman’s character from “Pulp Fiction”, along with the caption, “Serving Mia Wallace realness.” Hilton also recreated the poster of the film.

She also shared photos of another costume of hers channeling Britney Spears in her “Baby One More Time” music video.
Chloe Bailey
Chloe Bailey drew inspiration for this year’s look from the sultry Jessica Rabbit from “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”. With a red wig, purple gloves, and a bedazzled red dress, Bailey posted on Instagram of her photo with a caption that reads, “I present to you… Jessica Rabbit.”
Jennifer Garner
Jennifer Garner wore her famous outfit and necklace of her character Jenna Rink wore to her party for Halloween. The actress even reenacted a scene from her 2004 romantic comedy film “13 Going on 30.”
Lupita Nyong’o
Lupita Nyong’o, who dressed as X-Men character Storm, paid tribute to a character Halle Berry portrayed. The actress posted a video of herself with her steely gaze and eye contact, captioning it with, “Employees must wash hands — Marvel Management.”

Chicken Shop Date web series host Amelia Dimoldenberg dressed up as Roz from Pixar’s Monsters Inc. for this year’s festivity, with her dubbing the character as “the original office siren.”
